Services
Webverse Creations provides website development, custom software, ERP, CRM, mobile apps and related IT services. All projects begin with a written agreement, scope of work and timeline confirmed by both parties.
Payment terms
Project fees are due as per the schedule in the individual project agreement (typically 50% advance, 50% on delivery). Invoices are due within 7 working days. Delayed payments may pause work.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs and deliverables created for your project become your property. We retain the right to mention the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party libraries, fonts and open-source components used in your project remain under their respective licences.
Warranty and support
We provide a bug-fix warranty period as stated in the project agreement (typically 30 days after delivery). Bugs caused by our code are fixed at no charge. Changes to scope, content or requirements are separate from bug fixes.
Limitation of liability
Webverse Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business processes and data shared with us as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vapi, Gujarat, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For ongoing projects, material changes will be communicated directly.
